INTERPOL indicated in a rare public statement to The New York Times that it has blocked a red notice.
Citing concerns about the circumstances of the case, INTERPOL stated that it has blocked a red notice concerning Abril Meixueiro, who is wanted by Mexico for alleged child abduction.
