Sir Howard Morrison KC has joined The Raymond Buildings as an Associate Tenant after a long career at the Bar and the UK International Bench.  He holds a practising certificate to facilitate Bar Mutual insurance.  He is the UK Independent Advisor to the Ukraine Prosecutor General and President of the Court of Appeal of the British Indian Ocean Territories.  A Visiting Professor at Warwick, Leicester and Northumbria Universities and a Senior Fellow of the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law at Cambridge University.
