A well-conducted internal investigation can uncover the facts and guide the appropriate response. We advise, conduct and report on internal investigations, whether long or short, and at every level of complexity across all our practice areas. The fact that many of our barristers sit part-time in various judicial roles adds to the experience and range we offer to our clients. In addition, when an expert, independent investigation is needed following a single critical incident and/or a wider review of corporate governance following such an event is necessary, our barristers are called upon to lead, investigate, report and make recommendations. These investigations are independent and separate to any internal investigation, and the independent investigator takes no part in advising the organisation nor representing it in any proceedings.
