Supreme Court Palestine Action Proscription Appeal: Wednesday 4 November 2026

The Supreme Court will today and tomorrow hear argument in R (on the application of Ammori) v Secretary of State for the Home Department on whether the decision to proscribe Palestine Action under section 3 of the Terrorism Act 2000 was lawful, and specifically whether it was compatible with the rights to freedom of expression and association under Articles 10 and 11 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
