Amanda Pinto KC, instructed by David Bloom of Sonn Macmillan Walker, secured an order for the defendant’s full costs and expenses following the collapse of a private prosecution brought by Securitax Ltd. The Court found the prosecution unfair, improperly motivated and an abuse of process, ordering Securitax to pay the defendant’s costs.
