UK Sanctions Law and Practice

Three Raymond Buildings is delighted to announce the print and digital publication of UK Sanctions Law and Practice, the first practitioner’s textbook addressing the UK’s post-Brexit sanctions framework, published following the landmark Shvidler judgment of the Supreme Court.

Co-edited by Amanda Pinto KC, Alexandre Philippe Haines, and Sophie O’Sullivan, the book features contributions from many members of Chambers.

In addition to Amanda Pinto KC and her co-editors, chapters have been written by Rachel Barnes KC, Robert Morris, Charles McCombe, Jessica Hocking, and Stephen Bailey. They are joined by leading sanctions experts Victoria Turner, John Binns, Mohamed Naleemudeen, Francis Bond, Tom Cornell, Charlie Steele, and Salomé Lemasson.

Focused on the UK’s sanctions regime, the book also provides an EU perspective throughout with an insight into the USA’s vantage point, offering comprehensive, practical insight for practitioners navigating this rapidly developing area of law.
