The Cranston Inquiry published its report into the events of 23-24 November 2021, when over 30 people died attempting to cross the English Channel in a small boat from France.
Sarah Le Fevre was Deputy Counsel to the Inquiry.
Genevieve Woods and Reka Hollos were key members of the counsel team.
