The Serious Fraud Office has formally offered no evidence against Graeme Hossie, Rachel Rhodes and Ariel Armon, bringing to a close an investigation that has spanned more than eight and a half years.
All three defendants have now been acquitted.
The prosecution alleged that between 2009 and 2014, the defendants authorised or paid bribes in Sierra Leone. Each of the defendants denied the allegations.
