Three Metropolitan Police officers , all of whom previously served with the Met’s Specialist Crime Unit , have been cleared of wrongdoing in connection with the 2018 arrest of a drug dealer in Kensington. Read more about the case here.
A misconduct panel concluded that none of the officers breached professional standards, bringing an end to the proceedings examining their actions during the arrest.
Acting for the officers were Patrick Gibbs KC, Hugh Davies OBE KC and Nicholas Yeo KC, instructed by Elizabeth Fox of JMW Solicitors.
