UK Sanctions Law and Practice

Three Raymond Buildings are delighted to announce the forthcoming publication of UK Sanctions Law and Practice, the first practitioner’s textbook dedicated to the UK’s post Brexit sanctions framework and following hot on the heels of the Shvidler judgment of the @Supreme Court. Co-edited by Amanda Pinto KC, Alexandre Philippe Haines and Sophie O’Sullivan, many of the chapters have been written by our members. Apart from Amanda Pinto KC and her co-editors, Rachel Barnes KC, Robert Morris, Charles McCombe, Jessica Hocking and Stephen Bailey have all contributed alongside sanctions experts Victoria Turner, John Binns, Mohamed Naleemudeen, Francis Bond, Tom Cornell, Charlie Steele and Salomé Lemasson. Focused on the UK, it also provides an EU sanctions law perspective across the text.
