The Area Coroner has returned a conclusion of unlawful killing in relation to the deaths of two children in Staffordshire. The Court determined that the attacks on Ethan and Elizabeth John by their mother in 2023 could not have been predicted.
The actions of officers from Staffordshire Police were found not to be causative.
