Defendant cleared of all charges of evading Russian Sanctions

Following a 4 week trial at Southwark Crown Court, heard before a High Court Judge, the wife of the former governor of Sevastopol, Ekaterina Ovsiannikova, was acquitted of all charges of evading the UK’s Russian sanctions regime. This was the first prosecution under the Russia Regulations. You can read more about the case here
