This International Women’s Day, we stand united to #AccelerateAction for gender equality, diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.

We are proud of the 36 incredible women at Three Raymond Buildings, who represent 46% of our total number and who continue to break barriers and inspire the next generation of leaders. From our brilliant barristers and pupils to our steadfast support team, women play a vital role in shaping chambers success and driving our values forward.

We are proud signatories to the Women in Law Pledge created by the Bar Council of England and Wales, The Law Society, and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, committing to the progress of equality, elimination of sex discrimination and pledging to make positive change for the legal profession and to the Women in Criminal Law (WICL) Policy Key Pledges.
