Regulatory Board’s Specialist Regulatory Advocates

Chambers warmly congratulates 7 of its members who have been appointed to the Regulatory Board’s list of Specialist Regulatory Advocates.

Specialist regulatory advocates are approved to prosecute cases on behalf of the Attorney General for the Health and Safety Executive, Environment Agency, Office of Rail and Road, Natural Resources Wales, the Care Quality Commission and the Office for Product Safety and Standards.

The successful applicants are:

• Genevieve Woods – Panel B
• Charles McCombe – Panel B
• Ciju Puthuppally – Panel C
• Harry Perkin – Panel C

Counsel appointed to the panel are testimony to our strength in these specialist fields, our experience is not limited to those on the panel and includes King’s Counsel and Junior Counsel specialising in Health and Safety and Regulatory Enforcement.
