Two police officers today won their appeals against findings that they had lied about smelling cannabis when they stopped athletes Ricardo Dos Santos and Bianca Williams in July 2020. The allegations, and others that were previously found not proved, had been made by the IOPC. Each officer was reinstated to the MPS.
