New Tenant: Nicholas Hearn

Chambers are delighted to announce that Nicholas Hearn has joined Three Raymond Buildings with effect from 2 September 2024.

Nicholas was appointed as Junior Treasury Counsel at the Central Criminal Court in February 2024. He is a member of the Serious Fraud Office’s A panel of external counsel.

Nicholas is also a leading junior in the fields of extradition and INTERPOL related litigation. He is co-author, with Christopher David (Clifford Chance) and Ben Brandon (Mishcon de Reya), of the leading practitioner’s text on INTERPOL practice and procedure.  “A Practical Guide to Interpol and Red Notices” was published by Bloomsbury in August 2024.
