Following a two-month re-trial on charges of insider trading against two defendants, prosecuted by the Financial Conduct Authority, the jury returned with verdicts at Southwark Crown Court.
The first defendant was convicted on two counts. The second defendant was acquitted following a hung jury on another count critical to the prosecution case against him.
Guy Ladenburg and Ciju Puthuppally represented the acquitted second defendant.
