On 23 February 2024, Bob Stewart MP was successful in his appeal against conviction to Southwark Crown Court. Following a retrial, the Court set aside a racially aggravated public order conviction imposed last year in the Magistrates’ Court.
Patrick Hill, led by Paul Cavin KC (2 Harcourt Buildings), represented Mr Stewart MP.
