A Metropolitan Police Officer has been cleared of misconduct in relation to his use of a taser.
The Officer was called to an incident where a young child had been threatening her mother with a hammer and garden shears. The Panel found that his use of force was necessary and reasonable in all of the circumstances.
Robert Morris appeared on behalf of the Officer.
