Ailsa Williamson represented the Detective Inspector who received a Final Written Warning in 2020 after discipline proceedings for inappropriate comments to Kristina O’Connor. Ms O’Connor applied for judicial review in relation to the investigation of her complaint and the decision of the police misconduct panel.
