Bianca Williams Misconduct Hearing Concludes

The Misconduct hearing into five police officers who stopped and searched the athletes Bianca Williams and Ricardo dos Santos concluded today, 25^th October 2023.

All of the officers were cleared of allegations concerning use of force. All of the officers were also cleared of allegations of conscious and sub-conscious bias.

PC Casey, PC Bond and Acting Police Sergeant Simpson were cleared of all allegations.

PCs Clapham and Franks were found to have breached the professional standard of honesty and integrity and were dismissed without notice.
