Judgments were today handed down at Westminster Magistrates’ Court in the first extradition requests to be heard following the implementation of the Extradition Treaty between the Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of the State of Kuwait. The joined cases covered a wide range of legal issues. One of the cases has been sent to the Secretary of State for her decision on extradition.
