Following sentencing at the Central Criminal Court this week, Transport for London were fined £10million and Tram Operations Limited fined £4million after they had admitted their failings in the 2016 Croydon Tram disaster.
Jonathan Ashley-Norman KC and Bo-Eun Jung represented the Office of Rail & Road throughout all proceedings.
