On 9 May 2023, the London Borough of Camden was fined £500,000 for fire safety breaches following a significant fire in 2017 at one of its residential properties where tragically a 35 year old resident died.
Saba Naqshbandi represented the London Fire Commissioner from pre charge advice to sentence.
