On 17th April 2023, a well known trainer and senior staff member at his yard were found to have committed bullying and safety regulatory offences in horseracing proceedings.
Robyn Brisland and William Degnan accepted 3 and 4 offences respectively at the outset of the four-day hearing and were given substantial financial penalties.
