Following a judgment of the Divisional Court, Dr Mike Lynch, has been refused permission to appeal his extradition to the United States.
Dr Lynch is sought by US authorities to face fraud and conspiracy charges over Hewlett Packard’s $11billing acquisition of his software company, Autonomy.
Rachel Barnes KC was instructed on behalf of the US Government by the Crown Prosecution Service.
