Patrick Gibbs KC and Ailsa Williamson represented PC Edward Welch who was cleared by a jury at the Central Criminal Court of causing deaths and serious injury by dangerous driving. PC Welch was an Advanced Police Driver pursuing a stolen vehicle which lost control and killed two members of the public.
