Inkorporate, a leading product design and manufacturing company in the drinks industry, successfully brought a private prosecution against a former employee and his partner. The defendants were convicted of fraud and money laundering offences at Southwark Crown Court in May and sentenced to two-and-a-half years’ imprisonment, and 21 months’ imprisonment suspended respectively.
