Privy Council hears extradition appeal in FIFA corruption case

On 27-28 April, the Privy Council heard an appeal brought by Jack Warner, the former Vice President of FIFA, whose extradition from Trinidad & Tobago is sought by the US Government on corruption and other charges spanning three decades. The appeal has wide-ranging implications for the validity of the extradition arrangements between Trinidad & Tobago and the United States.
