A Met Police officer has been cleared of causing the death of an elderly pedestrian by careless driving

Following a trial at Aldersgate House (Nightingale Court), PC Daniel Bowen has been acquitted of causing death by careless driving following a collision whilst he was on operational duty driving a police carrier.

Mr Bowen was represented by Heather Oliver.
