National guidance has been issued to police forces and other professionals directed at preventing the exploitation of children and vulnerable adults on county lines. Written pro bono by Hugh Davies QC, Ryan Dowding, and officers at the National County Lines Co-ordination Centre, and reflecting a wide range of consultees, it represents a progressive and informed practical approach to policing county lines.
