The National Crime Agency (NCA) has settled its application for forfeiture under s303Z14 of POCA against Mr Javadov and Mrs Javadova. As part of the £4m settlement, the Court and the NCA recognise that the settlement does not amount to an admission or finding of wrongdoing against either, or both of the defendants.
James Lewis QC was instructed on behalf of Mr Javadov and Mrs Javadova.
