Bobby Rogers acquitted of double murder at the Old Bailey

Bobby Rogers, 18 years old at the relevant time, was tried at the Old Bailey for double murder along with two co-defendants, Kiziku Tuwizana and Besnik Berisha. Tuwizana and Berisha blamed Rogers (and two others) for the murders. The case advanced on behalf of Rogers was that Berisha and Tuwizana alone had committed the murders. Following an eight-week trial and a day of deliberations, Rogers was acquitted of all charges. His two co-defendants were unanimously convicted of both murders.
