Andrew Hall inquest Jury determines all police actions necessary, proportionate and justified

At the conclusion of a nine week inquest into the controversial death in custody of Andrew Hall, an inquest jury determined that all the actions of West Yorkshire Police officers and staff were necessary, lawful and justified.
