Jury Returns Unlawful Killing Conclusion in Fishmongers’ Hall Inquests

After inquests lasting seven weeks, the jury have concluded that Jack Merritt and Saskia Jones were unlawfully killed during the attack at Fishmongers Hall. Copies of the jury’s findings and conclusions will be published on the inquest website.

Kevin Baumber appears on behalf of the Staffordshire Police Prevent Team.

Sarah Le Fevre appears on behalf of the Fishmongers’ Company.

The inquest will be followed immediately by an inquest into the death of the attacker Usman Khan to commence on Tuesday 1^st  June in which Matthew Butt QC and Genevieve Woods also appear on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Service.
