Helen Malcolm QC and Rachel Barnes, alongside Joshua Kern and Fergus Randolph QC, will take part in a webinar discussing the effective judicial protection in the EU and UK, following the CJEU case of PI v Shishtov Regional Prosecutor’s Office (C-648/20 PPU).
