Ryan Dowding acts for the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis in an application for a Stalking Protection Order in respect of Stephen Yaxley-Lennon (otherwise known as Tommy Robinson). Mr Yaxley-Lennon did not attend the hearing and an interim order was granted in his absence. The full application will be heard by the Deputy Chief Magistrate at Westminster Magistrates’ Court later this year.
