The trial of businessman Dominic Chappell, accused of cheating the public revenue related to his bankrupt finance company, Swiss Rock Limited, has begun before Mr Justice Bryan at Southwark Crown Court.
Chappell came to notoriety in 2015 following his £1 purchase of high street chain BHS from Sir Philip Green before its collapse a little over a year later.
