Following a Supreme Court ruling earlier in the year, the mother of alleged Jihadi Beatle, Shafee El Sheikh, brought a second judicial review against the Home Secretary to try and prevent investigative material assembled by the MPS from being transferred to the United States for the purpose of prosecution there. The application for judicial review was refused.
