‘The Guide to Sanctions’ (2020, GIR) is a comprehensive guide for practitioners on sanctions-related issues across the globe. This first edition is co-edited by Rachel Barnes, with contributions from leading sanctions practitioners in the UK, Europe, the USA, China and Hong Kong. The chapter ‘UK Sanctions Enforcement’ was written by Rachel Barnes, Saba Naqshbandi, Patrick Hill and Genevieve Woods.
