Westminster Magistrates’ Court discharged five individuals today alleged to be part of a significant human trafficking gang, accused of smuggling migrants from Belgium into the UK in the cargo space of lorries. The court discharged the individuals under section 12A of the Extradition Act 2003.
Rebecca Hadgett represented two of the Requested Persons in the case.
