Rachel Barnes, Patrick Hill and Genevieve Woods have co-authored an article on sanctions in the January 2019 issue of WorldECR. The article considers the approach to sanctions enforcement by the UK’s Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) and explains why civil penalties are likely to increase in 2019.
