British Airways baggage handlers sentenced

Sentences have been passed in respect of a conspiracy to import over 200kg of cocaine into Heathrow Terminal 5, through the use of corrupt British Airways baggage handlers.

Over the course of two trials, 12 of the 14 defendants were convicted and sentenced to a total of 139 years in custody.
