A Northumbrian Police officer accused of assaults on CCTV upon a prisoner handcuffed to the rear by dragging feet first from a police van and dropping face first on a cell floor causing injuries was unanimously acquitted by a Teeside Crown Court jury.
Kevin Baumber defended the accused officer.
