Hugo Keith QC and Rachel Kapila acted for Peter Ferdinand in the SFO’s latest case of overseas bribery.
Mr Ferdinand was acquitted by a jury at Southwark Crown Court of conspiracy to bribe. The remaining defendants, and the company for which he worked, pleaded guilty.
