Bolton Wanderers Chairman, Phil Gartside, agency Sport, Entertainment and Media Group amongst others appear at Newcastle Magistrates’ Court in response to a private prosecution brought by football agent Tony McGill. The case has been sent to Newcastle Crown Court.
