Following the collapse of the SFO’s prosecution of Victor Dahdaleh at Southwark Crown Court, Mr Dahdaleh alleged serious misconduct by US law firm, Akin Gump, and sought wasted costs from it and a senior partner. The application was successfully opposed.
Hugo Keith QC and Ben Watson acted for Akin Gump.
