The jury was unable to reach verdicts in the trial of Constance Briscoe, a barrister accused of perverting the course of justice in the Huhne/Pryce “speeding points” proceedings. A retrial will follow.
Patrick Gibbs QC and Luke Ponte acted for Miss Briscoe.
