Acting for the Office of the Rail Regulator, Jonathan Ashley-Norman and Sarah Le Fevre prosecuted Network Rail for breach of health & safety laws at Elsenham Rail Station where two teenage girls were killed at a level crossing. Network Rail was convicted and fined £1 Million.
