South Thanet election agent acquitted

Nathan Gray has been acquitted by a jury at Southwark Crown Court of offences of forgery and knowingly submitting a false declaration of election expenses. Mr Gray acted as election agent for Conservative MP Craig Mackinlay during the 2015 general election.

Trevor Burke QC and Rachel Kapila represented Mr Gray.
